Lucky's Coffee Shopify

Background

Lucky’s was a blend created by the brilliant minds behind Midnight Espresso and Havana Coffee Works, for a pop-up Juice Bar on Cuba St. This blend has since taken on a life of its own and grown into its own brand.

Opportunity/Challenge

With Lucky’s face-to-face business booming from satisfied word-of-mouth customers, the obvious next step was to go online. They wanted to create a website allowing the brand to have an online presence and a portal for customers to order from.

Solution

Lucky's approached Human Digital after going through different vendors deciding we would be the perfect fit to develop their sister website, finding us- proactive, incredibly helpful and very personable.

Human Digital established their brand by developing a strong online presence for their many diverse business clients, and taking on Lucky’s as a customer started off no different.

We first gathered information about the Lucky’s coffee roastery brand before presenting and iterating designs for a developed Shopify website. From there, we built the site and assisted with its launch.

The website received very positive feedback from customers and allowed the client to improve brand promotion.

Results & Feedback

After the site launched we have heard that exiting customers of the brand have been pleased to see that there is an online presence and substance to the brand that they know. And the staff at Havana have been happy with the results that they can now use as a platform to help promote the brand further.

I was very impressed with how helpful and personable they were to work with.

Human Digital fostered a collaborative and communicative environment throughout the project. Their dedication to the project and work ethic exceeded expectations.

Their communication, effort and desire to stay on target and deliver the result when promised. I also was very impressed with how helpful and personable they were to work with. As someone who is juggling a myriad of projects they made this one a breeze for me. As far as I'm concerned they hit it out of the park,'' said Lucky’s Coffee project specialist, Tyler Warrington.

Solution

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I approached quite a few vendors to help with our main website and to create a new one for our sister company. And decided Human Digital would be the perfect fit for the Sister website as they were eager to get started. incredibly helpful and I found them very personable.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a baseline meeting to discuss my goals for the Lucy's website. And then from there they set about collecting all the relevant information from the brand. And then we had frequent progress and update meetings (organised by them) to make sure that I was onto of everything and that it was all running to schedule.

From there they put together a Shopify page for us and presented me with a few design and style iterations. Once one was chosen they put it into place and then made sure they helped us facilitate the launch and smooth running of the new website.
