Ben has worked with leading brands across the globe, from American Express in New York and London to the Commonwealth Bank in Australia. In the process, he’s learnt a few things about how organisations operate – what they should and what they shouldn’t do. Seeing some businesses struggle to deliver on their customer’s expectations, he noticed there was an opportunity for improvement.
That’s how the idea of Human Digital took shape. It started with a passion for the human experience and a vision of helping organizations improve in that space.
Now based in New Zealand and Australia, Ben and his team work with financial brands and B2B across Australia and New Zealand – helping them make better digital and human experiences.
