ABB Unstoppable

ABB had created a powerful brand campaign — "Unstoppable" video series celebrating the real stories of women breaking barriers across industries that lack gender diversity like mining, manufacturing, and oil & gas. With a bold commitment to sustainability and inclusion, ABB needed to amplify these stories globally. That’s where Human Digital came in.

Process

Human Digital designed a multi-wave amplification strategy:

Wave 1: Launch ABB’s original creative globally with a high-budget awareness push across LinkedIn and YouTube.

Wave 2: Introduce localized content testing, translating assets into Spanish and Portuguese. Focus spend on high-performing regions, outperforming industry benchmarks by 20%.

Wave 3: Pivot to short-form, socially-optimized video (~45 seconds) to drive up video completion rates, engagement, and efficiency — even with a 44% lower budget on ad spend.

At every step, Human Digital continuously optimized targeting, creative formats, and media allocation, ensuring relevance, resonance, and ROI.

Deliverables

ABB engaged Human Digital to strategically amplify the Unstoppable campaign through LinkedIn and Youtube, ensuring that the stories resonated in 16+ countries, across English, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking audiences. The objective: not just visibility, but engagement, reaching both decision-makers and the next generation of talent.
