Unilever Professional faced the challenge of creating refreshed AU and NZ websites that could effectively showcase its full professional product portfolio, strengthen individual brand presence, and provide engaging content for professional audiences. The websites needed to be optimised for search visibility, support compliance requirements with Safety Data Sheets and ingredient lists, and deliver a localised experience for both the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Process
Launched in mid-April 2025, the project included building and publishing product and brand pages across seven Unilever Professional brands, embedding retailer purchase links to Bunnings and Mitre 10, and creating a dedicated landing page for customer journeys. We localised the websites for the AU and NZ markets, ensuring regional relevance, and optimised all content for SEO. QR codes were created for each product to support easy mobile access, while blog content was researched, written, and published to boost organic reach, provide thought leadership, and deliver practical advice.

Results
Since launch in mid-April 2025, the AU and NZ Unilever websites have delivered a professional, localised digital presence that has already driven over 1,600 sessions and 1,050+ unique users, with a strong 65% engagement rate and average session times of 7 minutes. Nearly half of all traffic came from organic search, proving SEO impact, while direct and referral traffic highlighted brand awareness and retailer integration. With more than 15,800 interactions recorded, the refreshed websites now provide Unilever Professional with a scalable, content-rich platform to engage professional audiences and support ongoing growth.
