Digital Marketing Content Specialist

This is a dynamic role for someone who can think like a strategist, write like a copywriter, and optimise like a search ninja. You’ll work across a portfolio of clients spanning multiple regions and industries, contributing to digital experiences that are human-centred, high-performing, and grounded in clarity.
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing content and SEO strategies across various digital channels. In this role, you’ll:
- Write clear, compelling ad copy for Google, LinkedIn and Meta platforms
- Conduct SEO audits and develop actionable optimisation strategies
- Implement on-page and structural SEO improvements across digital assets
- Collaborate with creative, technical and client teams to ensure content aligns with business and user needs
- Leverage AI to improve efficiency and workflow
- Oversee language translations
- Manage and publish digital content using enterprise-level CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, SANA, Contentful)
- Prepare end-of-campaign and performance reports with precise analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Support account management by consistently and accurately updating client campaign templates with the latest campaign information.
You’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, stay current with the latest in content trends, digital performance, AI, and search developments, and adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strengths in content strategy, SEO, and campaign execution
- Proven ability to write engaging, structured content for B2B audiences
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, SANA, or Contentful
- Strong technical understanding of SEO principles and practical use of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4
- Experience supporting digital advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
- A detail-oriented approach, with excellent organisational and communication skills
- A performance mindset—you care about outcomes, not just output
