The Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead who is both a practitioner and a leader. Someone who thrives inside platforms, takes ownership of outcomes and brings energy, precision and pace to every campaign.
This is a hands on leadership role where you will guide a small team, shape performance strategy and stay ahead of trends across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and emerging digital channels. You will champion best practice, push experimentation, and ensure every campaign is built with care and tuned for impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead the planning and delivery of performance marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other digital channels
- Build, manage and optimise audiences, targeting strategies, budgets and bidding approaches
- Drive fast-paced testing across copy, creative, landing pages and funnels
- Report on performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and lead quality
- Translate data into meaningful, human-centred insights for clients
- Mentor and support team members to lift their capability and confidence
- Work closely with strategy, creative and client teams to ensure campaigns connect and convert.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform changes and emerging tools
What You Bring
- At least four years of hands on paid media experience within a digital agency
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of analytics, measurement and optimisation (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and similar)
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you build
- The ability to move quickly and make confident, informed decisions
- A data driven mindset with a bias for testing, learning and improving
- Clear and straightforward communication with the ability to explain performance simply
- A natural leadership style that supports, guides and lifts others
