The Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Performance Marketer who thrives in-platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels. You’ll spend your time inside platforms making smart decisions, testing, refining, and delivering results that matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and run digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more.
  • Build and optimise audiences, targeting strategies, and budgets.
  • Test and experiment from ad copy and creative to landing pages and funnels.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality).
  • Provide clear, actionable insights that help clients grow.
  • Collaborate with our strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns connect and convert.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns.
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong grasp of strategy and analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio/Data Studio, etc.).
  • Proactive use of AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, and more) to work smarter and scale impact.
  • Data-driven mindset with a test–learn–optimise approach.
  • Confident execution paired with curiosity to keep levelling up.
  • Clear, jargon-free communication—you can explain performance and insights simply.
