The Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead who is both a practitioner and a leader. Someone who thrives inside platforms, takes ownership of outcomes and brings energy, precision and pace to every campaign.

This is a hands on leadership role where you will guide a small team, shape performance strategy and stay ahead of trends across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and emerging digital channels. You will champion best practice, push experimentation, and ensure every campaign is built with care and tuned for impact.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the strategic planning and hands on execution of performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit, Spotify, Programmatic Media Buying platforms and Digital Out of Home advertising
  • Lead integrated brand, content and Account Based Marketing campaigns across paid media, Generative Engine Optimisation, Artificial Intelligence Optimisation, organic amplification and outbound email marketing
  • Build and optimise audience segmentation, targeting frameworks, budgets and bidding strategies to maximise efficiency and commercial return
  • Drive structured experimentation across copy, creative, landing pages, email sequences and full funnel journeys to continuously improve performance
  • Analyse and report on key metrics including Cost Per Acquisition, Return on Advertising Spend, conversion rates, lead quality and pipeline contribution
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, human centred insights that inform strategic decisions and client growth plans
  • Mentor and develop team members to strengthen capability across paid media, automation, Account Based Marketing and campaign execution
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and client teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, integrated and commercially effective
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, privacy changes and emerging marketing technologies to maintain competitive advantage

What You Bring

  • At least four years of hands on paid media experience within a digital agency, with demonstrated ownership of campaign execution and performance outcomes
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, Spotify Ads and Google Ads, with working knowledge of Programmatic Media Buying platforms and Digital Out of Home advertising
  • Strong understanding of analytics, measurement and optimisation using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and comparable reporting platforms
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools for campaign optimisation, audience modelling, creative testing or workflow automation
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, bidding strategies and audience segmentation across multi channel campaigns
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality across campaign build, tracking and reporting
  • The ability to move with pace and make confident, commercially informed decisions in dynamic environments
  • A data driven mindset with a clear bias toward structured testing, experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to translate performance data into simple, actionable insights
