What challenge were you trying to address with Human Digital?

We were launching our online business and needed help with web development and design.

Solution

What was the scope of their involvement?

Human Digital designed and developed our Shopify site from scratch. We first had a kick-off meeting where we discussed our goals with the team. Afterward, we had another meeting to talk about the design. They took a look at our competitors and their websites and presented their research.

Eventually, they moved on to the development phase. We already had a logo, so they only had to work on the colour scheme and other design elements that reflected our brand. Human Digital also optimized the site and conducted user testing. Finally, we launched the website.

We worked mainly with the director and their local account manager. Additionally, we talked to the founder, a web developer, and a designer in some of our meetings.

We found them online. We found reviews for various companies and reached out to all of them, but we ended up choosing Human Digital after our initial meeting.
