Companies collect customer feedback to discover what customers are looking for with the aim of improving their customer service and products. There are a few ways to collect feedback:

1. Social media: One in three consumers opt for sharing their thoughts over social media instead of email or phone support.

2. In-product feedback: Add a feedback request feature directly in the product to understand if your product is meeting your customer's need.

3. Website feedback: If you have a high traffic in your site, having a feedback tab or dedicated page on your site for general feedback while consumers are browsing your site.

4. In-App feedback: Embed key questions and feedback forms in the app itself.
