The Opportunity
We’re looking for a sharp, grounded Account Manager who’s equal parts hunter and farmer; someone who can build deep client relationships while spotting growth opportunities.
You’ll manage key B2B accounts, lead campaign delivery, and collaborate with a talented team to deliver innovative, strategic work that drives results. You know your way around Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you understand the commercial realities of agency life, and you don’t need fluff to make an impact.

What You’ll Do
Client & Account Leadership
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust, clarity, and results-driven relationships.
- Manage scope, budgets, and expectations to ensure work is profitable and purposeful.
- Lead integrated B2B campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies that inspire both the client and the HD team.
Business Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support the Digital Director & team in pitching and closing new business.
- Research prospects, refine value propositions, and help shape new business strategies.
- Track and manage your pipeline; you know what’s in play and what’s next.
Team & Delivery Management
- Coordinate creative, digital, and media specialists to deliver work on time and to the highest standards.
- Keep the team aligned, informed, and motivated.
- Maintain accountability for quality, accuracy, and performance across every deliverable.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ agency experience in account management or client service (B2B or digital marketing focus).
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing, Thought Leadership and B2B campaign management.
- A mix of strategic smarts and commercial instinct; you can read a client’s business and know where to add value.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and confidently.
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
