Position: Junior Sales and Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Human Digital Agency. As a Junior Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, research and cold-calling
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Developing and presenting proposals and presentations to potential clients
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Managing client accounts and ensuring client retention
Project management
Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

1-2 years of sales or account management experience
Experience in a digital agency or related field is a plus
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
