At Human Digital, we’re looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our Sydney team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Account Director to deliver outstanding service and seamless campaign execution for our diverse B2B clients. Your ability to bring clarity, organisation, and care to every project will make you an essential part of our success.

What You’ll Do

Client Management

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring open, clear communication.
  • Prepare client updates, performance reports, and presentations that add value and insight.
  • Respond to client inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset.

Campaign Coordination

  • Keep projects on track by managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Account Director to coordinate tasks and prioritise workloads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project timelines, and budgets.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new opportunities.
  • Conduct research to uncover market insights and refine sales strategies.
  • Organise and maintain prospect lists and CRM data to support business growth efforts.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise results.
  • Share ideas to improve marketing strategies and ensure client deliverables stand out.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative support.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture relationships.
  • A calm and collected approach under pressure, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a bonus.
