Digital Account Executive Opportunity
Human Digital seeks a talented and motivated Digital Account Executive to join our team in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand.
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure? This role supports our Account Director in delivering exceptional client service and campaign execution. You will handle client support, administrative support, sales support, and marketing support to ensure projects exceed expectations and run seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Client Support:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Assist in preparing client updates, performance reports, and presentations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, resolving issues with a composed and solution-oriented approach.
Administrative Support:
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and budgets.
- Manage schedules, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Support the Account Director with project coordination and task prioritisation.
Sales Support:
- Help prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Conduct market and client research to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.
- Maintain and organise prospect lists and CRM data.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and are delivered on time.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, assisting with optimisation efforts.
- Provide input to enhance marketing strategies, campaign effectiveness, and client deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, or administrative support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is advantageous.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
