About:

Luvloob is a wellness brand that focuses on all natural oil and water based lubricants in New Zealand.

They take pride in being local and safe, promoting both pleasure and safety using ingredients found in nature to care for health and wellbeing.

What was the brief?

Human Digital was approached by Luvloob wanting to better at reaching their customers through social media and google search to improve their sales.

The main goals were to attract new customers, convert web visitors into customers, and provide the optimal user experience with a human-centered design approach.

We started with research on the target audience, competitors and design to transform their visuals to represent their USP of their lubes being flavoured and edible as well as distinguishing them as a wellness brand unique from their competitors.

How did we approach it?

After a detailed brief and conversation with the client creating expectations for how to accurately communicate their brand which is sustainable, safe and fun to their prospective customers we launched a social media and marketing campaign.

Using conceptual thinking and emotional design, Human digital team worked on creating a visual double-entendre and play on words to showcase their range by giving a personality to each of their products and flavours.

We also worked on creating a punchy and obvious story by designing stunning and fun backgrounds through video and image manipulation. Which gives the user an immediate understanding of what sensations and flavour the product promises. We worked on the posts on socials by dividing them into topics of product display, safe use and education for users creating a holistic feed that helps the brand and the consumers.

Design team also focused on the copy and content unique to each post combining playfulness, pride and promoting safe use. The sales have increased in only a few weeks through the marketing campaigns to 300% and the engagement is increasing with every post on Luvloob website and socials since Human Digital started the project.
