New Zealand Pump Company is a premier, chemical-resistant plastic hand pump manufacturer and marketing company. Makers of Ezi-action Drum Pumps that they've been supplying globally for more than 25 years. The Group comprises three facilities, strategically located in-market in the UK, USA and New Zealand.

Brief

The client was operating a 20+ year old website. It was very information heavy, still operated in an old html format and was not secure. They were looking for a brand & website that brought their company into the modern era, better represented their current product mix and global operations.

Solution

We started by understanding their expectations and organised workshops presenting 3 different approaches to what their new branding and website would look like. We introduced a modern, easy to use, responsive and secure site staying true to their product and client base.  We met with Jeff, CEO/President to check in every week so we are meeting their expectations and sticking to his vision. The result was a brand new website that was designed to be global, responsive, device friendly and autonomous "They spent time understanding our business and what would be most beneficial for us going forward."
